Budget Plan
Valley Gas and Oil’s Budget Plan makes managing your heating costs easier by spreading your fuel expenses into equal monthly payments over 10 months, from July to April. This plan is available to customers on automatic delivery with approved credit.
Your monthly payment is based on your past fuel usage and estimated fuel prices for the year. Payments are credited to your account, and fuel deliveries reduce your balance at the current fuel price. The goal is to have a $0 balance at the end of the plan.
If there’s a balance due after 10 months, you’ll have two months to pay it off. If you have a credit, you can apply it to next year’s plan or request a refund. Stay warm without the winter bill stress with our convenient Budget Plan!
Price Cap Plan
